Membership in Normandy Farms Homeowners Association is open to owners of occupied homes within the Normandy Farms subdivision. Owners need not reside in Normandy Farms.
Membership in NFHA is from January 1 to December 31 of each year. Annual dues are $20 per household. Because the City clears only main roads in winter, we also ask that residents contribute $40 to a snow fund that keeps our streets plowed and de-iced.
The NFHA treasurer sends a dues notice to residents every January.
New homeowners may enroll any time by submitting the Membership Enrollment Form to the treasurer.
