Projects UnderwayTraders Point Gateway Project Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, Inc., awarded grants in 2007 and 2009 to assist neighbors in the Traders Point Triangle to install naturalistic landscaping around the INDOT maintenance unit at the 71st Street I-65 interchange. The objective was to screen unsightly views and enhance this gateway to the Traders Point area. The initial planting was completed November 17, 2007 with the help of 125 volunteers. A second planting took place October 24, 2009. The project seeks funding partners and volunteers for further planting and ongoing maintenance. The project has its own home page.
